Kobus is a qualified actuary with 34 years experience in investment management. He is the former Chief Investment Officer and Board Member of Bank Insinger de Beaufort NV, the Anglo Dutch banking group.

Hannah is a chartered accountant (ACCA). Hannah joined Arx Pangaia in 2017 after five years at KPMG specializing in financial services audit and corporate tax, and has completed the CFA Investment Foundations Program

Ryan is a founding member of Gengro. He started his career at UBS Investment Bank in 2005. In 2006 he joined Sanlam Investment Management as a Global Equity Analyst. Shortly after relocating to the Netherlands in 2008, Ryan took over as manager of the Insinger de Beaufort Real Estate Equity Fund; which he managed successfully for five years. In 2014 he left Bank Insinger to join ARX | Pangaia and co-found the Principia Fund. Ryan is a CFA charter holder.
